LOADSHEDDING: To assist during loadshedding this property has 2 emergency lights and inverter, which keeps the Wi-Fi and the TV in the lounge area going. Guests can also charge their phones and other essential items with it. We suggest checking the loadshedding schedule prior to your trip so you can plan around it. You're welcome to bring your own mobile backup power to assist you further. You'll be notified prior to check-in of the loadshedding schedule should there be any that occur during your stay so that you can plan around it accordingly

Damage Protection
This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R800 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R10,000 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R7,500 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking.

Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests.

While the security deposit / damage waiver fee will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the JBL verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking

CLEANING
For bookings of 4 nights or more, one cleaning service is included. Additional cleaning is R375 per day and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability).
