This unit hosts two bedrooms equipped with built in cupboards, the main bedroom being slightly larger opens out onto the bottom balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, an Air Fryer as well as a washing machine. 

This unit has one designated undercover carport and plenty visitors parking. The complex has 24-hour security, its own clubhouse, a pool as well as a tennis court. 

This rental is perfect for those needing a convenient place to stay while in JHB for business or if you're simply in JHB for a couple of days visiting friends of family. We also offer a discounted rate on month-long stays.

DAMAGE PROTECTION

This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R400 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R5,000 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R2,500 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking.

Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests.

While the security deposit / damage waiver fee will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the JBL verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking

Loadshedding:
To assist during loadshedding if this should occur during your stay, this property has a small power station upstairs to power TV, WIFI & lamp (can also charge devices) during loadshedding. It has a portable single gas stove in kitchen and rechargeable light bulbs in all the rooms as well as one backup light. Please note there is no generator or inverter. You're welcome to bring your own mobile backup power to assist you further if you feel the need. Please download the loadshedding app to stay up to date on the schedule.

Late check-ins
In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.

Documentation and processes
We require all documentation and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350
